In order to catch the fashion trend for the fashion market, we have installed complete sets of machineries for Spray Printing, Vacuum Embossing, Tumbling, Printing, Embossing and Lacquering machines. Our designing and technical teams provide high fashion tailor-made product from top-of-the-line to mass market of handbag, luggage and small leather goods market.
Its in-depth experience in all types of coating and the research carried out in order to create new finishes helped Wise Star to quickly establish itself as Chinese leader in the market of seat coverings, with a range of products which is constantly renewed and available in all styles.
Our Upholstery products meets two main areas:
- Furniture for private uses: living rooms, armchairs, couches, where Wise Star specializes in coated fabrics which are flexible, comfortable, pleasant to the touch and which meet the most demanding technical demands.
- Furnishings for institutional uses: theatres, hotels, restaurants, waiting rooms, hospitals, work chairs, trains, with a large variety of coated fabrics, classified as Fire Retardant which comply with international standards and are very appreciated by manufacturers from throughout the world. Leathercloth applies to European EN-71 Part3, British BS 5852 Part 2 Crib5, CA117, Australia AS1530.3 fire-resistance standards as well as other more specific standards.
Our Cross Functional Team has been designed for Automobile Interiors industry. Strong research & development expertise works together with customers and develop range of quality products for automobile seat coverings, door panel, sun visor and dust cover. All products have been produced under quality system of ISO/TS 16949. Safety and reliable supply makes us become the long term business partner of Lear, Faurecia, DPCA and BYD in China.
In 2008, Wise Star has established strategic integration with TinsChemical, which is a 50 years market leading company. In following year, a co-operation program with Sichuan University has been setup for developing safety raw material and formulated ¡°Eco-green artificial leather¡±. In the meantime, the national level ¡°Artificial Leather Technology & Development Centre¡± has been developed in Wise Star. The aim is developing eco-green & recyclable products for the environmental and safety concern. We are able to produce products to meet global toxicological & ecological REACH requirement and 2005/84/EC 15P standard.
