Established "Foshan Wise Star Plastics Co., Ltd." in Foshan, China.
Commissioned the first Calendering production line and producing artificial leather in the same year.
1993 - Dec.
Installed the second Calendering line for PVC film & sheeting.
1998 - Nov.
Acquired another Vinyl factory in South China, and doubled sales turnover & production volume.
1999 - June
Certified with ISO9001: 1994.
2002 - Feb.
Reorganize the company and changed company name to "Foshan New Wise Star Plastics Co., Ltd."
2004 - Feb.
Invested 100 millions RMB in Gaoming and set up a new factory "Foshan Gaoming Wise Star Plastics Co., Ltd. with the first production line. The total land area is 88,000 m2.
2006 - July
Installed another two production lines in the new factory and increase the annual production volume to 60 million meters.
2008 - Oct.
Integration with TinsChemical which is 50 years market leading company in the industry.
2009 - March.
Certified with China Compulsory Product Certification namely 3C Authentication System for Automobile industry.
2009 - April
Joint co-operation with Sichuan University and built up "Eco-Green Artificial Leather R & D Centre".
2009 - July
Certified with ISO/TS16949 and targeted Automobile Interiors as the long term developing market.
